Frequently asked questions
Create a group in the app and share the invite link with your friends, or open an invite link someone sent you. If you have the app installed, the link opens Secret Jingle automatically; if not, it takes you to download it first.
You write a prompt, and the app turns it into a sung jingle performed by a cartoon avatar. Song generation and avatar rendering happen on your device — your audio and any photo you use stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Yes. You can upload a photo and the app cartoonifies it into a singing avatar on-device. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to it.
You get a set number of hours to submit, then a one-hour grace period with escalating (and very dramatic) reminders. If you still don't submit, your turn may be skipped and, if you repeatedly ghost a game, you can be removed from that round.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Secret Jingle in your device settings and that you're connected to the internet. If they're on and still not arriving, email us and we'll investigate.
Yes — Secret Jingle is free to play on iOS and Android.
Delete my account
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time:
- Open Secret Jingle and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
- Or email support@secretjingle.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it.
Deleting your account purges your personal data from our systems, except for limited records we are required to keep by law. Song audio and avatar media already live only on your device, so removing the app also removes that content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
